POOR SERVICE to NO SERVICE
Spoke to the Company on Thursday morning and all they wanted was an e-mail sent to them. Not interested in taking details down. ONLY E- MAIL. Heard nothing, so phoned Company on Friday around 16.00hrs-Close at 17.00 hrs. NO REPLY. Nothing heard on Monday, so phoned Tuesday morning, to be told that they had problems with E-MAIL for a while.???? Please re-send.!!!! So why ask for e-mail,just take down client's info, and supply the service. Safe to say, I've another Company coming to do the job today..

SAME DAY SERVICE.
Fantastic service. Phoned Cool Ideas in the morning and back up and running by lunch time, same day. Vumatel came to fix the neighbour's WiFi on Sunday morning and in fixing the next door one (In Complex), managed to "****** Up" ours. Got hold of Cool Ideas on Monday and "VIOLA" Vumatel were on site mid morning and fixed the "Broken" wire. Just proves that I made the right move form MWeb to COOL IDEAS> Great service guys!!!! Well done.

PERFECT AWNING INSTALLATION
Dan-Neil Projects installed an Awning over our Patio Extension, to "Perfection". Looks like it has always been there. Very neat Installation crew and NO garden was damaged during installation. The pricing was very reasonable compared to the Market. Well done to Nash for the assistance in choosing the installation. Very Professional. NO Hesitation in recommending this Company.

BUILDERS WAREHOUSE "RIP-OFFS:
What "*******S". Luckily I'm a Handyman, so know a lot of prices in the Market. I appreciate that we operate in a "Free Market" Economy, but taking advantage of the "UN-Informed, Housewife, or General Public," is not on for me. On Monday 7th July, I went to Builders Warehouse Cresta, to purchase the following: 1 Metre Threaded Bar 10mm diameter and they wanted to charge R249.00. Kiss my butt, and put it back and went to Build Plumb & Tile, Blackheath, where I purchased the EXACT SAME PRODUCT for R57.00. That's the last time Builders Cresta will see me. BE WARNED. Before buying at Builders Warehouse, CHECK THE MARKET PRICES. and don't get **********.

FIRED UP.
Heat King, Rabie Street. What a Professional bunch. Carol, the Sales person, who helped us, was great. Very knowledgeable and good advice. Their installers arrived on site and were very Professional, doing a NEAT and TIDY job. So nice to work with ONE COMPANY from start to finish, with Service available after two Years. NO SUB CONTRACTORS. They also supply wood and Gas and I'm going to get them to quote on a Gas Geyser, I want installed. Highly recommend using them.

LOCAL SUPPLIER & LOCAL INSTALLER "SHINE THROUGH"
Dylan, thank you for good service when I ordered the Huawei Solar System. But, best of all a"SHOUT OUT" to the Installer you recommended, LEBO from LTL HOLDINGS. What a Scholar and Gentleman. He deserves to go FAR in Business. Local Entrepreneur who deserves support. Good Business acumen and FANTASTIC follow up, support, prior to the Job. Installation was "Seamless", with no mess lying around. System works like a dream. I will recommend to anyone, even the "fussiest" person, as LEBO WILL DELIVER.

GOOD OLD CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICE.
Excellent, Professional service. Nice to deal with a Company that puts customer first, at a reasonable price. Also offered sound advice as to how to attach the sticker. Because of the service I'm having a photo printed on canvas frame, which I'm sure will be perfect. They do what they say and contact you when order ready. Well done.

PROFESSIONAL COMPANY OF NOTE
What a fantastic Company to deal with. Arrived when they said that they would, did the job and left " with NO MESS". We didn't even know that they were there. Pricing was good, with pleasant Staff. Ordered a part online on Tuesday afternoon, got a message from The Courier Guy confirming delivery of parcel. Holy Moly, it was delivered Wednesday morning. Only expecting delivery around Friday. Well done, the Courier Guy.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM.
Exceptional service and Professionalism. I had a Solar System installed by another Company, whose "so called Electrician" left much to be desired. He couldn't get the system to not trip, so he just disconnected the Solar Geyser back-up electrics. I has the Solar Geyser guys come & check the system, service, replace heating Element & Thermostat. Confirmed that there was no power at Geyser. Phoned LH ELECTRICAL & SOLAR that afternoon, made appointment for next day. They arrived just after 12.00hrs, sorted the problem, plus changed the timer switch for me, and were gone by 12.45. PROFESSIONAL. Now I'm confident that my Distribution board is "SAFE"
