Pathetic Service!

I contacted this company and spoke to Wesley about an urgent issue that I needed help with. He told me that they could definitely help me and would get me on-boarded right away.

Over 24 hours went by and still no word, every time I phone the receptionist tells me "there was an issue with emails" and "you will get the email now", but will not let me speak to Wesley!

I was going to move my entire hosting and adwords campaigns to you guys but I am so glad I didn't!

You guys are utterly useless!
