Zero sense of customer experience! An excuse of online store

***!!!! A shame of an online store that will make you run around for something that you paid for. I bought a book for my birthday early March, to date i haven't received my book instead they keep sending updates that it is out for delivery. Spoke with a Happy in their offices who promised that i will sure get my book the folllowng friday and that was April 4th. Hay maan what the hell, close shop if it cannot run!. i want my money
