Endless issues with this company sadly. I've had bikinis break by the clasp twice due to corrosion. Previous time I was sent an order they told me they didn't have what I wanted so had to substitute despite ordering online and able to put the item in my cart. Then once again I ordered something and the main item didn't come. I received no communication about this or a refund

Earlier today I place an order around 9:00am on their website the was an free item process the order and everything. And at 9:35 got my confirmation email that they received my order and payment confirmation , so around 10:36Shanice Marais send an email stating I need to send my banking details because the item is no free and there was a glitch on their system bare in mind I haven't reply to any email that was sent. Then I got another email around 10:55 stating about the glitch and the short is now R1199. At 11:51 I received another email that says as I quote "Order#33.. Was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded" bare in mind I haven't responded to any email being sent to me the I decided to call them and I spoke to Shanice Marais and I asked who cancel my and when they say I requested the cancelation where and when did I request it. She said she took upon herself to cancel the order and I asked on who authority and she said she's the one dealing with online order while I was still in shocked, she put the phone aside and speak to another lady at the back telling her everything and the lady said they won't give me anything if I want the short I need to pay R1199 I must forget it. Then I asked to speak to the lady and I've explained everything on the lady that it not my problem if there was a glitch on their system a d if there was an glitch as they say why was my order processed and everything. Now she said they don't have stock anymore and I ask how come couse on the system it didn't state that they were low in stock, so which is which couse Shanice told me about and now you're telling me that you don't have if I need one I need to do another order bare in mind I haven't cancel my order as I recall Shanice already did that for without my concern. The last email came stating they everything they said while I was put on hold without being told she's gonna put me on hold. What ****ed me off in all of this they did everything without my concerned and made everything like I did so now I'm asking myself have they done this to and how many costumes to do what ever they want couse they can. And in conclusion I want my order and lucky i have proof of everything
