Please stop over billing me I've been inquiring about arrears which where included in my levies from December, I've never skipped month and I've been told that I have arrears and when I call Rise spoke to Julene who couldn't answer which month I have skipped and I was told my issue was escalated but with no feedback I'm getting emails and sms telling me that my account was handed over and I need to settle the arrears,, Question remains for which month!!!!!!! PLEASE ASSIST I'M TIRED OF THIS PEOPLE
