After a 2 week struggle to get some decent assistance from Rise telecoms agents i am extremely pleased with the service and assistance recieved from agent Lydia Pillay on 8 Jan. After purchasing a new Tv box 2 weeks ago we have been battling to have our wifi connected to our new Tv box. We tried on numerous occasions to get i contact with Rise telecoms and the feedback is extremely slow - non excistant. After logging a urgent call with our complex manager we recieved a call from Lydia Pillay who dealt with our matter with much patience and proffesionalism. In the same evening of calling us she had our Tv box connected and assured me that our matter would not go unattended or unresolved before her shift ended. She was such a breathe of fresh air after prior failed assiatance recieved from Rise telecoms.
