I made a claim for a hijacking, I complied with all with request for information and documents. SAPS and Tracker have done their investigations and closed the case. For the past 3-4 weeks, I am being told they will give me feedback at the end of the week with regards to my claim. Now being told they are waiting for a report from the investigator, who I am told does not have a turnaround time for the investigation, meaning the claim can continue running until end of the year. Is this how they treat all their clients? Or is because I am black and should suffer that I am not able to now get to work on time. The is no fairness in this claims procedure, I am treated like I am the one causing the delay in the investigation. Unhappy client

Brilliant service thus far. I've had to claim they didn't give any problem(s). I'd suggest them to anyone looking for insurance.

Hi, I have been a client of RBS for many years and have had nothing but the best service from them. Unfortunately due to my claims being too high they had to let me go. I would definatly recommended them to anyone. Thanks `Guys.

I lost my handset. Ther refused for me to use my own supplier. I asked for cash to replace the handset and they refused. Their supplier delivered a handset today that is already preloaded with software for vodacom and bloatware. I do not want this as the handset does not even go through a firat time set up ie:Time zone, Language and neither asks for google info and battery is on 12%. This to me means the handset is not new as It has been fiddled with. I sent a mail and am getting a lot of stories why the handset is actually new. Im not interested in stories. I want a new handset that is not preloaded and goes through all the normal startup steps for a NEW handset. Currently it seems they will force me to take the handset. If thats the case I will have the handset delivered to their offices and end up taking a loss. Not only do I loose the handset but also the insurance installments as well as the excess. Ps: I probably will be lookinv for a other insurance company. Any suggestions? I DO NOT WANT A PRELOADED HANDSET AS IT IS NOT NEW.

I really am very disappointed in the level of service im getting from RBS. I constantly call and follow up on a claim but my call is hardly or never returned. I feel like they really dont care.
