Bad reception and service

I was at the venue for a wedding as a guest this past weekend, I felt treated like a child. My drinks were confiscated and was told that they have a bar but the bar had a very limited choice of drinks which didn't include what I drink. regardless when I tried to open a tab at the bar I was told that no tabs are allowed I should swipe my card all the time I order a drink. How is this you don't allow outside drinks ,you don't allow tabs, you don't accept cash. how can I be expected to swipe for every transaction and who will cover my bank charges for the swipes? I gathered the venue is about them and not about customers because their rules favor them and not the customer. Hospitality is supposed to be about the customer and not the business owner. After my experience I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.
