1 star is too much for Riverside Autobody. I am not even exaggerating when I say that every touch point with this service provider sent my blood pressure into danger zone.
It was the nonchalant attitude of the receptionist and Nandipha when I initially took my car in, then the fact there was additional work required which was left for 2 weeks without getting approval from my insurance. I checked in regularly and it was almost as though there were intentional delays. I was left holding for 40 minutes when enquiring about yet another delay.
Gloria was the saving grace. But my car was in from 1 March - 19 May. On the day of collection (and this was a clincher), I was told to collect my car at 15.30 on day of collection. I asked of there was any way someone could accommodate me 10 Minutes later having already structured my day. I was told there was no way I could be accommodated. Once again Gloria assisted me with a simple request. This was a third party claim and to date have not received the invoice for work done to gonforward with legal side of insurance recoveries. I have used the services of other panel shops where I have had regular updates and in time delivery. Once I even had the use of a courtesy vehicle when the provider when they didn't stick to deadlines! You will have no such joys from Riverside... Gloria deserves somewhere to work where she has a supportive team and not to be the only person committed to servicing clients.
