Pathetic and disgraceful.
Visited the establishment yesterday had a great time at the bar, unfortunately when leaving, had an altercation with unknown individuals In the car park for no reason whatsoever, I think they were jealous because they didn't like to see other people happy, maybe because they looked like they were mistakes and their mothers were forced to give birth to them, nonetheless, security did absolutely nothing but watch and then force me off the property violently after I requested for them to contact the SAPS, which they were not interested in doing. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this ****hole.

Riverside Grill Valentines Dinner
On Valentines Day We Booked A Date At Riverside Grill Situated In Riverside Hotel. From The Moment We Walked In We Was Taken Care Off By The Staff. Our Tables Where Personalized With Our Names & A Rose..Such A Thoughtful Gesture. The Buffet Meals Was Delicious And Really Worth The Price. The Ambidence Was perfect. They had a live singer singing the most romantic songs. It was a romantic night we ended off having desserts and a dance to sweeten the night #HellopeterDreamDate

Your patience, professionalism and dedication truly stands out. It is not every day that one comes across a service as warm, proficient and swift as the one we have receive from you. Our queries were addressed promptly and our requests comp**** with utmost priority and attention to detail. Please accept our most heartfelt salute for jobs well done and accept our sincere thanks. Moreover, were impressed by the level of personalized service we received from the hotel to accomodate any special requests we had. The river hotel service is mediocre.
The staff at this hotel are very rude and disrespectful. My family and I have been staying here for three years, but our experiences have been disappointing. We have received rooms with poor Wi-Fi reception, and the behavior of the hotel staff has been disrespectful. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
