Visited the establishment yesterday had a great time at the bar, unfortunately when leaving, had an altercation with unknown individuals In the car park for no reason whatsoever, I think they were jealous because they didn't like to see other people happy, maybe because they looked like they were mistakes and their mothers were forced to give birth to them, nonetheless, security did absolutely nothing but watch and then force me off the property violently after I requested for them to contact the SAPS, which they were not interested in doing. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this ****hole.
There is R1000 owing to me since the 25/01/2023, i have contacted your call centre numerous times and was promised to either receive a refund on my Hollywood account or the sms' for the instant money withdrawal, but neither has happened and now your agents say they don't know when the problem will be resolved.. That is bull**** and not acceptable, use your billions to sort your **** out and also give me back my money, also maybe employ more people so everytime someone calls your helpline number there's not 50+ customers holding, not everyone has enough airtime..
Your service is really going down the drain, will definitely be thinking of changing my Service Provider going forward, from a loyal customer of over 15 years on both prepaid and contract.
