I broke my legs on the 9th of November 2024. I was driving my scooter going home when a car overtook on the incoming lane and bashed into me before running away.
I was then put in casualty in R K Khan hospital. They secured my legs and processed me for leg repairs but, I had internal bleeding in my stomach so they quickly sedated me and operated on me.
Internal bleeding was secured however I ended up in ICU for two weeks.
When I woke up, the doctors immediately took blood samples and sent to the lab.
Results returned promptly, stating that I had an infection in my wounds so the doctors immediately isolated me from the rest of the staff and treated the infection then, after three weeks, put me in theatre for leg repairs.
I woke up again in ICU, after blood samples reckoned I'm 100z, I got sent to the ward and treaded with the most utmost care and professionalism that I honestly couldn't believe it that a government hospital could be so good as a private hospital.
I'm now at home, 2 January 2025. Legs just need exercises and relaxation before my next appointment.
After my next appointment I'll be advised to start standing and walking practices.
Although I can almost stand and barely walk, I respect my doctor's advice as he knows best.
Big ups to all the staff in hospital.
I really enjoyed my stay and respect all staff members
