Bad food
I Originally wanted to order from Kara Nichas but i said let me give RKs simply vegetarian a shot. Biggest mistake ever. They sent the wrong bunny on the first order. I ordered another beans bunny after complaining. They sent a beans bunny with only two beans in it. It was simply a gravy bunny. I also ordered chips. Tastes like it was frozen and refried. Very rubbery. Absolutely horrible.

RK's Simply Vegetarian
As usual RK's Simply Vegetarian did not disappoint, my wife and daughter ordered the burger meals and both were very happy with their meals, excellent value for money and quick service. #BlackFriday

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with RK's Simply Vegetarian's takeout service, which left me feeling both frustrated and deeply hurt. Unfortunately, the issues I encountered were not just related to poor customer service, but also seemed to involve **************. When I called to place my order, I was met with a dismissive and impatient attitude from the staff member who answered the phone. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply wanting to order food. I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. However, things only got worse when I went to pick up my order. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I noticed that other customers were being greeted warmly and promptly attended to. In contrast, I was barely acknowledged and had to wait significantly longer for my order, even though I arrived at the designated pickup time. The staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming, which was disheartening. The most upsetting part of my experience was the subtle yet clear discriminatory behavior. As an African individual, I couldn't help but feel that I was being treated differently. This was evident in the way the staff interacted with me compared to other patrons. It was not just about the slow service but the general lack of respect and courtesy that was evident. Restaurants, including their takeout services, should be welcoming and inclusive for everyone, regardless of race or background. Unfortunately, my experience with RK's Simply Vegetarian was far from that. It's incredibly disheartening to experience such treatment in this day and age. I hope the management at RK's Simply Vegetarian takes this feedback seriously and works towards providing better customer service and ensuring a **************-free environment for all customers. No one should have to feel unwelcome or less valued because of their race. I will not be returning to this establishment and cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone else. I sincerely hope they take steps to address these issues and improve their service.

Racisim at RK's Simply Vegetarian
When I arrived at this shop this morning, there was no other customer in the store. I placed my order for two sandwiches and stood aside waiting for them to be prepared. While awaiting, two Indian males came in and ordered one of the same sandwiches. Breno (Indian female) who was serving us decided to take my first sandwiche that came out and gives it to this Indian guy. I tried to speak to her about this and she says it's because I'm waiting for two and those Indian guys were asking for one. I got really upset about 3 things, first she gives my order to someone else, secondly she specifies the two gentlemen as Indians and thirdly even after everyone is telling her she is wrong, she should apologies but she just keeps quiet and walks away. I also took a video clip where I again accused Breno in her face and she just smiled. I can't believe that at this day and age I could be discriminated because of my race. I've escalated the matter to Sahil who is said to be the manager or owner, I sent him the clip and all that I got from him is that he's going to speak to her. I can't even imagine if this is the culture at RK's where black people are treated not important, and the more important customers are Indians.

Terrible service
I ordered on Uber eats and paid for a chipper roti roll and they sent me beans curry and roti which was so wrong because the roti roll was more expensive. Wrong order came to me and cause I was at work no time to return it so I had to eat it.catch a darn wake up.... or don't work if you ca. Handle food and orders 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Terrible service

Wrong order came to me and cause I was at work no time to return it so I had to eat it.catch a darn wake up.... or don't work if you ca. Handle food and orders 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Super delicious and affordable Indian vegetarian take away restaurant and food
This is one of the best Indian vegetarian restaurants and take aways that make absolutely delicious and good quality food and the most reasonable prices ... they had started making the paneer (indian cottage cheese) burger a few years ago and this has been a highlight for me whenever I go there. They do simple yummy vegetarian food for example: a burger meal for only R30 ... it's got to be the best place I know and i will always give them my business and recommend them to others as well.

Super delicious and affordable Indian vegetarian take away restaurant and food
This is one of the best Indian vegetarian restaurants and take aways that make absolutely delicious and good quality food and the most reasonable prices ... they had started making the paneer (indian cottage cheese) burger a few years ago and this has been a highlight for me whenever I go there. They do simple yummy vegetarian food for example: a burger meal for only R30 ... it's got to be the best place I know and i will always give them my business and recommend them to others as well.

Terrible staff that don't listen to customers and do what they want at times. Evwn hygiene is if great concern when we see how they behave with no care towards the food or customers. One of the worst places to buy from. Had to ask for refund and leave the store. Cheap prices yes but it does not mean that the services must be cheap too. Even the management is not there so who sees the nonsense that goes on there. Very disgusted customer.

Wonderful
The service and dishes served here were very good. Prices are competitive. The menu has a variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian options. Like some other restaurants and take-away's, they also need to update their opening and closing times on their website. Especially for weekends and public holidays to prevent any inconvenience. Will definitely visit again.
