Disappointing Service and Unfulfilled Promises – A Warning to Future Customers
I recently placed an order with RLD for a bakkie canopy, having paid the required 70% deposit upfront, as per the company’s policy. However, it has now been over four weeks, and I still have not received my canopy or any meaningful updates about its progress.
The communication from RLD has been disappointing. Despite several attempts to follow up, I’ve been met with vague responses and no concrete timeline for delivery. This lack of transparency and accountability has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering the substantial deposit paid.
While I understand that manufacturing delays can happen, the total lack of communication and progress updates is unacceptable. It feels as though the company has no real regard for its customers once the deposit has been paid.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RLD to anyone looking for reliable service. I would caution future customers to be prepared for significant delays and to manage their expectations about both the timeline and customer service.
I hope RLD addresses these issues soon, but for now, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the service provided.
