Fraudulent Debt orders: RM Direct

Every 3 or 4 months a R99 debit order keeps coming up on my account and each time I ask Standard Bank to reverse it. Surely there must be some sanction that the banks can take again this company. Standard Bank reverses the debit order without hassle and the PASA rules say that a R1000 per occurrence must be charged to the company that cannot produce a valid mandate, I’m just hoping that that happens.
