Getting money out of City Of Johannesburg is nearly impossible. Thanks to Lekina Lehlokoa from HouseHoppers she assisted in getting the refund back. The cost of her service was worth it. She kept me informed and consistently followed up with the council. I got my money back within 3 months of transfer. Excellent job, Thank you!
I don’t click links or subscribe to games & vlive etc and noticed an SMS saying im subscribed. I tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe numerous times and they keep charging me for items I have never subscribed to. Vodacom, this is very unethical that you charge customers to unnecessary services even after I have called and told them to cancel all and every subscription. It’s the same as steeling from everyone a little. Its just plain unethical. I got a new number to sms to try and cancel SMS to 31116 'stop vlive' but nothing happens!
I went in at 9:15 Monday 18 Dec morning to look for a replacement blown fuse for my car. Game had a selection but not the correct one. The sales person assisting me (I forgot his name) went to his personal car and gave me one from his personal collection to use. I could not believe it! I was speechless and only could say thank you! Game, you have some great people working there!
Fraudulent Debt orders: RM Direct Every 3 or 4 months a R99 debit order keeps coming up on my account and each time I ask Standard Bank to reverse it. Surely there must be some sanction that the banks can take again this company. Standard Bank reverses the debit order without hassle and the PASA rules say that a R1000 per occurrence must be charged to the company that cannot produce a valid mandate, I’m just hoping that that happens. Stop fraudulent debit order facilitators like RN Direct now!
What a let down! I needed a pool cover for my pool and after some research I though let me try the small guy ie DPS Africa. What a disappointment! After I made the appointment to visit the site for a measurement I wanted to call back and confirm. After 32 unsuccessful attempts to call the office line over 3 days I GAVE UP. I went to the registered business address and its basically a empty mini unit with no reception, no signage not office!. Just some guys standing around. After further investigation the telephone number go through to some call center and not even the actual business. The ‘manager’ on site had not record on the site visit schedule for the next hour and the owner of the business didn’t have the curtesy to even call and discuss the matter after 8 whatsapp messages and emails. Please research your chosen pool cover place well and maybe go visits the office / factory before paying over your 50% deposit.
<p>What a great experience. Shipped a bike to Port Elizabeth from Johannesburg. Pick was arranged without issue and delivered to PE on the due date at the expected time. They kept me updated they whole time and the bike was delivered in the condition it was sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>The enclosed truck is great and service and communication excellent. I highly recommend them.</p> <p> </p>
<p>About 1 month ago my bike went in for a service and I enquired about a faulty fuel gauge sensor. Even though I had bought the bike in Cape Town they were very accommodating and assisted with a warrantee claim. Philip persisted and after a month the warrantee claim was approved and they called to make arrangements. My wife dropped her bike off and a loan bike was arranged. The part was fitted and the bike was back on the road on schedule.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are very helpful, keep you informed, give you good advice and understand the importance of having your bike up and running, especially when its my wife’s only means to commute. <p>I upgraded my home data contract from 2 GB on 28 Sept 2016 to 10 GB and received the new sim on 4 October. To date, after calling every single month, spending 45 min plus on each call I still have not been upgraded. To top it all I cant even cancel because the first service request (to upgrade) hasn’t been actioned.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m trapped to wait indefinitely until they decide to do something. Brandon delivered on a request for a specific helmet in a specific color. He was great with feedback and organized on time and really went out of his way in a short period of time.
