I was contacted by Nosipho Mazibuko today, who advised me to visit the nearest RAF office. During this call, I found her attitude to be unprofessional and unhelpful. I have a recording of the conversation should it be required for review. Additionally, I would like to raise concern about the ongoing handling of my claim. I have been repeatedly asked to submit the same documents on numerous occasions, and I have comp**** each time. Despite this, the matter does not appear to be progressing, and I continue to experience poor communication and service.

I have since been struggling with a claim. The 120 days are overdue and no communication from them. This is so frustrating. The telephone consultants don't know what they are doing. I need assistance in escalating this matter urgently.
