I have since been struggling with a claim. The 120 days are overdue and no communication from them. This is so frustrating. The telephone consultants don't know what they are doing. I need assistance in escalating this matter urgently.

I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at the Road Accident Fund's gross incompetence. I have been waiting for over 10 years for my claim to be finalized and paid. A decade of my life has passed while this organization hides behind systemic delays and bureaucratic "red tape." Waiting 10 years for a resolution is not just a delay; it is a fundamental failure of the RAF’s mandate to provide social security to road accident victims. Despite the claim being long-standing, there is zero proactive communication or effective processing. The lack of accountability and the disregard for the financial and emotional toll on claimants is unacceptable. I am demanding an immediate status update and for this matter to be escalated to a senior regional manager. This is no longer just a "backlog"—it is a decade-long failure of service

I am really battling getting assistance on the claim already done on the 5th of September 2025.No answers except it is register. No one want to take accountability on the time frame of the claim. Please assist with escalating this matter. My 120 days of waiting are done. May this matter be urgently escalated to the relevant department.
