My funeral claim still not sorted after six months of lodging the claim.
I have since been struggling with a claim. The 120 days are overdue and no communication from them. This is so frustrating. The telephone consultants don't know what they are doing. I need assistance in escalating this matter urgently.
I am really battling getting assistance on the claim already done on the 5th of September 2025.No answers except it is register. No one want to take accountability on the time frame of the claim. I am a very unhappy customer. I logged a call where i was assured that it was sorted. Then i went to the bank this morning to realised that i was not assisted as the consulted, i need someone to fix this issue for me as soon as possible.
I have submitted my claim almost four months ago. Have since been waiting for feedback. Now they are saying the is outstanding document and I submitted all the paperwork at registration. Now this is delaying the whole process. Im frustrated and really not happy with the service and the rude consultants. Im not even super where to repot them cause you always end up with consultants that have no clue on what they are doing. If can be transferred to a manager or someone senior. The worst service ever.
Been on secure chat from 08h52, its 09h41. The consultant Annie has been saying they will be with me shortly. What kind of service is this. She is assisting with Retail debit orders
I have submitted a funeral claim at road accident fund three months ago making this the fourth month. No communication whatsoever. My claim is registered and no offer has been made. Why is it taking so long. They promise to phone me with feedback and nothing happens. I need to escalate this to their senior manager. This is so unacceptable. I complain every single week with no assistance. No one want to take accountability.
