Bad customer service

I arranged for a new debit date in November allready as I have resigned and started a new job. The agent confirmed that no debit would go off on the 15th, and only the 29th as per my request. Yet my account was debited on the15th. This leaves me with a bad credit score, bank charges and missed debit order record. I'm very upset.
