Can a company be even worse? They never delivered my priority package from Amazon 2 days ago then **** to say my address is faulty. Yet they deliver packages from Temu to the same address. Then they **** to Amazon yesterday saying my address is right and my package is in transit and out for delivery. Then their customer service agent tells me the guys only pick up packages at 3 pm to deliver packages. I emailed them, they issued a ticket, and closed the ticket without contacting me or resolving anything. While I was on hold to them for 20 minutes, when I got to nr 15 in the queue, they put me back to nr 46. I guess we order gifts this time for the courier people to keep. I never got my order. Sies.
Made a priority order to be delivered on Sunday. Pick up courier **** and said they at my address and cud not deliver. Yet I'm at home waiting. Complained to Amazon. After speaking to 5 different agents, Amazon said I must sort it out with the courier, dpd laser. Dpd laser told me their drivers only work from 3pm and the package will be delivered by 8pm. This is now the next day. Between Amazon, Dpd laser and Pick up, u get messed around, **** to tht the package is in transit, **** to that there is an issue with your address. They are all ***********. All my other normal orders were delivered to the same address. Tomorrow will be 2 days. I'm still waiting on my priority package.
My car camera came loose. Contacted them to fix it. It's been 2 weeks. Still not fixed.
Very bad service lately. Has stock of item when order is placed, but at time of delivery, just sends you a notification to say no stock. They don't give u an option to choose another color or alternative for maybe another price. They don't value their customer at all. And u can't reply to their emails. You must fill in a form. What a backward, outdated, silly way to expect their clients to communicate with them. Takealot bads
Customer service is the worst. I see Web Africa ignores their customers bad reviews. They don't do anything about improving their service. They are slow to respond to issues. Carry on like this. Soon you have no customers anymore. My internet is slow. Contacting them and getting them to respond takes hours and hours.
Very bad service. They keep sending messages to say delivery will take place, but no delivery. Complaining to their customer service is of no use. I will never buy from them again.

They messed up my daughter 's nails who went for her first mani. The nails looks like it was grated with deep dents in. The normal nail polish tht my daughter chose, stained her nails and it's still stained a, week later. They ignore your calls and tell you they busy they will call you back but never do. They also asked me to send pics on WhatsApp which they ignored. Use them at your own risk because they don't care at all.
Worst service ever. Followed up few times regarding delivery. Was told delivery day would be 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. Be prepared to call them all the time, and still give them the same details over and over. I paid for delivery to my home address.
Chatbot Alfred power outage reporting takes a week to be attended to. The call centre disconnects your call when you first in line holding on for an hour. We have power outages every week.
