Please terminate my contract or accept letter of resignation because I'm desperately in need of employment and currently homeless

I've sent my CV through to ROAH consulting in Midrand back in August 2022. Roah consulting than sent my application to a client and registered me employed by since July 2022 , (Have never been employed or received a salary since May 2022 to December 2022)

When trying to find employment I was told that I'm employed by Meyerton engineering and receiving a salary.

I've never been employed or received a salary from roah consulting or Meyerton engineering and now cannot find employment until Meyerton engineering and roah consulting accept letter of resignation or terminate my contract.

As both roah consulting receive payment for my employment as a recruiter and Meyerton engineering receives B-BBEE points.

I have bank statements and messages of my conversation with a roah consulting employee stating not to move forward with my application it would affect my future employment.
