Department of Labour - UIF Claims

Putrid UIF assistance

My contract expired and I am now unemployed, being unemployed with this economy in South Africa is very difficult. I app**** for my unemployment benefits, first my application got rejected many times because the website is offline and faulty which is not anyone's fault but UIF representatives. Many people's UIF contributions were not picking up because the website is always offline and faulty which causes confusion but the system is never fixed and never updated by UIF employees. Now my application is being escalated because of the exact same problem of the UIF system being offline and I never ever get proper feedback from UIF representatives they always state a different waiting period. My application has been sitting on SUBMITTED for so long and even though I app**** with correct documents and emailed correct document UIF representatives still refuses to assist. I speak for many other people who is unemployed and has been sitting on SUBMITTED for many months without being assisted, for people who are unemployed and have no source of income who has responsibilities such as rent, groceries and children to see to, school fees. All people who are trying to collect unemployment funds but are rejected, ignored and manipulated. Where are our funds!!!?!? The UIF website is always offline and incorrect

Refuse to submit unemployment documents to employee

I was employed for 12 months at Bradian Logistics Solutions. When my contract expired I requested my UIF documents to apply for UIF but Bradian Logistics refuses to send me my UIF documents. My UIF application keeps being rejected as I don't have correct document to be approved. When I phone bradian Logistics HR is always is a meeting and my information on the UIF system is incorrect as Bradian Logistics never updated and uploaded my UIF contributions as UIF call centre agent states my last UIF contribution is MARCH 2024 which is incorrect and false as I only began commencement in SEPTEMBER 2024. As of today I am unemployed and still awaiting unemployment documents from Bradian Logistics Solutions. Putrid service

I place a order at 4pm today and my driver didn't deliver the food, didn't even come to the gate because my two Jack Russell dogs would have made a noise. Always received my orders but today because it was raining and I made a payment with my card the driver didn't deliver the food. Very bad experience getting hold of custom care/head office .
