Putrid service, myself and my family, total of 10, including 2 disability members, we were 10min late due to the fact that we were having issues with the wheelchair, i spoke to 3 managers and supervisors and all 3 of them couldn't even assist me or give me another booking, i got no explanation and was left to stand there, we had to rebook and pay again, we from jhb and werent told to be there 30min before the time, service is extremely poor!
