Worst customer service ever. They kept setting wrong expectations about when to expect delivery of my order, their website says "delivery in 7 to 10 working days", but by day 8, I didn't even receive a tracking number. The representative was rude and dismissive, and just expects me to wait for an undefined period of time while the Takealot warehouse this company uses sorts out its "delays due to load-shedding". Which is laughable in itself. Then she tells me the delivery time is 7 to 14 working days, when there is no such indication ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE. No ETA, no apologies, just incredibly poor customer service in general. Don't order from these people, they have no understanding of customer service, nor of logistics. The previous time I ordered from them, my order was stuck at customs for about 2 months, and they just shrugged their shoulders.
