Rockets Beach Club Umhlanga

The service at Rockets Beach club was absolutely trash. We were a table of 16. Had called and booked a table while in advance. The person who took out reservation was aware we had booked a table on the 3rd floor. When we arrived they told me they couldn't give us a table on the 3rd floor due to the large group. The manager stated they called and failed to reach the person who had booked only to find that they had taken down the incorrect number. The main aim for choosing choosing establishment was their bottomless mimosa. We were told they couldn't service us the special as its only for a maximum number of 4 people per table and under. This major rule is not specified anywhere in their advertising. We requested that they separate our tables and they refused. The manager did not seem willing to assist, his tone was rude. The waiters were worse. Rolling their eyes at our request. We had one waiter that we asked for service as we had ordered drinks and it had been over 30mins and no drinks or explanation. The waiter then told us " but you have drinks on your table" I almost died. Then another waiter came and told us the ****tails would be slow as they only have one bartender and the other didn't come to work. He "suggested" that we ordered a bottle and share it..we didn't want a bottle and how we did not understand how they being under staffed is our problem. Our table was not being cleared. We had side plates and empty glasses..meals and drinks took too long. I am never going back to this establishment nor will I recommend it to anyone.
