Raj The Owner Will Swear at You in Front of Everyone

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I misplaced my ticket and decided to make an innocent joke with the owner RAJ with the items i had. Only to have him tell me to and i quote , "**** OFF, dont you ****ING COME HERE WITHOUT A TICKET AND EXPECT TO GET YOUR STUFF, AM I A JOKE TO YOU?"

Mind you this was in a shop full on customers. I responded how he could speak to his customers like this only to have him respond that he doesn't care.

Apart from leaving extremely embarrassed the workmanship itself on shoe restoration is pathetic and poor to say the least. I had originally come back for my wallet which was supposed to be sorted the week before.

So not only was the work overpriced, poorly done and late; but i was sworn to at face in front a room full of strangers.

I am not sure how any business is allowed to operate as such.

I strongly urge anyone to steer clear from this place and old man Raj as well
