Bad customer service

Im currently at the restaurant and please tell me why the service is so poor. When I stepped in with my kids someone called Zee who is a tomboy with dreadlocks insisted that we have a sit inside of which my kids and I didn't want to and so we picked a spot outside because its hot and the music is very loud inside. 20min later, not attended, no menu nothing " clearly we are there to watch them work" I go to the paypoint and ask for a manager and to my surprise that very same Zee is the manager "so says the stuff" my problem is, why do we get ignored when we want to spend our money at this restaurant? Yall need to improve your service because this is not on.
