Bad service
The worst store ever. Very tidy. I was given a cold drink with a dirty cup. The waitress was wearing a dirty clothes

Bad customer service
Im currently at the restaurant and please tell me why the service is so poor. When I stepped in with my kids someone called Zee who is a tomboy with dreadlocks insisted that we have a sit inside of which my kids and I didn't want to and so we picked a spot outside because its hot and the music is very loud inside. 20min later, not attended, no menu nothing " clearly we are there to watch them work" I go to the paypoint and ask for a manager and to my surprise that very same Zee is the manager "so says the stuff" my problem is, why do we get ignored when we want to spend our money at this restaurant? Yall need to improve your service because this is not on.

Bad customer service

terrible service
Very bad experience Bad customer service, we sat there today with my son and waited over an hour to be serviced and when we finally got our order we get the wrong order, we tried calling the waiter back to tell her the start is not what we ordered to no avail, until i walked up to the till point called the lady and asked to pay for our drinks and we left to cool eat else where. Its like all waiters there ignore customers you don't even see the manager making rounds to check if all is in order Never ever going back there again š”š”š”š”

Westgate Shopping Centre Rocomamas branch is the worst
The rocomamas branch in Westgate Shopping center Johannesburg, the waiter that served us highly disappointing My husband and I tried to be understanding but this was truly just terrible service. We ordered the triple treat special we for starters we ordered chicken strips and bombs ,she didn't even ask what bombs then she came with chicken strips for the both of us secondly we both ordered waffles she came with ice cream and a waffle saying the waffles is finished but there were waffles being order to other customers that came after us. Our order took very long and people sitting next to us who came literally 30 minutes after us got their food on time and got waffles as well. My husband was so upset he did not even eat his waffle since I took the ice-cream and she proceeded to tell us we couldn't make it a take away we left the waffle just like that. This is not the first time we have a unacceptable experience at this branch they really need to work on the service their waiters serve.

I decided to treat my daughters to supper at Rocomamas Westgate Mall tonight, 22 August 2025
I decided to treat my daughters to supper at Rocomamas Westgate Mall tonight, 22 August 2025. Omw, where do I even start? The staff on duty were so attentive, friendly and helpful. My girls had the guac/macon smashburgers, original nachos and thick cut fries, while I had the chicken nachos. Every bit of flavour from the first bite & most importantly, food was served at the perfect temperature. We had the espresso, butter toffee & peanut milkshakes. Absolutely delicious!!! Thank you to the manager for the added treat, the highlight of my night. Thank you for taking the time to add a special touch to the evening, it is much appreciated and we will definitely be back soon.
