terrible service
Very bad experience Bad customer service, we sat there today with my son and waited over an hour to be serviced and when we finally got our order we get the wrong order, we tried calling the waiter back to tell her the start is not what we ordered to no avail, until i walked up to the till point called the lady and asked to pay for our drinks and we left to cool eat else where. Its like all waiters there ignore customers you don't even see the manager making rounds to check if all is in order Never ever going back there again š”š”š”š”

Unfair treatment as much as they value their shop I also value my heard eaned money
I made a lay bye at pep keywest for -+-900 worth of clothes, only to find one of the items wasn't the correct size, I went back to exchange couldn't find the same thing so I asked for a refund for that 1 item, I was then told I can't since I don't have the slip with the item on so I can only exchange, went back the following day took one item to exchange was told I can't be helped since its not the same amount, I had all the other pop proof that I bought the staff there except that one slip that was never given to me when I went to take out my laybye. The ladies where practically forcing e to take something else and I wasn't interested, I am a regular customer there and I feel this is very unfair and unprofessional, they can always go to the system and reprint but they didn't. Bother to do that all I was told is that they can't help me, mind you standing on that long queue only to get service like this spending my petrol to drive there 2 days in a row I was very annoyed by all this.

Angry, frustrated and disappointed
I am very unhappy On Sunday the 29/08/2021 I bought cloti worth R1900 out of everything I bought I returned two items at Mr price keywest as they were too big for my daughter and wanted smaller sizes They refused to change for me and I still had price tags on. I was told due to the new law after looting they can't assist me without a slip I asked was keywest and president square Mr price looted? And that policy was not explained when I was purchasing nor did they show me the poster explaining that A lady cashier was assisting together with a guy called freedom who made sure that I got the point that it was his shop and his final word which I find he was very disrespectful. I am a regular Custer at Mr price especially keywest since it's on my way from work and the treatment they gave me was very rude I want to know that now all customers will be treated like looting criminals and we will be deprived our rights yet we pay with our well earned money. If they where one of the stores looted I would understand but they weren't. I am very disappointed I must say

Angry and humiliated
I went to truworths keywest yesterday where they had a 50%sale I shopped around grabbed a few items from the sale section and a skirt that was not on sale, went to the fitting room to fit then continued to shop around as I was told the sale starts at 12 o'clock and it was 11: 45 so I figured let me shop so long. While still shopping a lady by the name Rose approached me and said one of the tops you have there is not on sale, then she grabs the tops I had o hand and said... let me check this black top os not on sale she then removed the 50% tag on the top and gave it back. I felt so humiliated and disrespected as though I brought my own sale tags to the store and put them on the garments other customers where starring as if I'm a criminal or something. I was so angry I paid for that top that she said was not on sale and the skirt and left everything else that I wanted to buy there and left that store actually it's not the first time that I experience bad customer service from that store. I only paid for those items as I really needed them and I left humiliated and angry and very disappointed as iam a regular customer there and the lady should have treated me with respect and a well behaved approach.

Long queue cashier not assisting
Hi Was at pep home keywest on Saturday morning they was 2 cashiers working when it was my turn to pay after patiently queuing the cashier started packing for the other cashier while she was assisting another customer I walked towards the till and asked her to assist me and she said she's not working on till I am so passed off coz I saw her assisting someone else and I also feel that she was very rude I wish cashiers can just treat us the same whether black or white her name is Felicia
