Westgate Shopping Centre Rocomamas branch is the worst

The rocomamas branch in Westgate Shopping center Johannesburg, the waiter that served us highly disappointing My husband and I tried to be understanding but this was truly just terrible service. We ordered the triple treat special we for starters we ordered chicken strips and bombs ,she didn't even ask what bombs then she came with chicken strips for the both of us secondly we both ordered waffles she came with ice cream and a waffle saying the waffles is finished but there were waffles being order to other customers that came after us. Our order took very long and people sitting next to us who came literally 30 minutes after us got their food on time and got waffles as well. My husband was so upset he did not even eat his waffle since I took the ice-cream and she proceeded to tell us we couldn't make it a take away we left the waffle just like that. This is not the first time we have a unacceptable experience at this branch they really need to work on the service their waiters serve.
