Check your Call list and call me to apologise We went for lunch as colleagues. food was nice,but when we got the bill,our numbers didnt add up because we realised we were billed one meal extra that we did not receive. After disputing this with the waiter,he called the manager and we all explained to her that the food that arrived late was already on the order,but an extra plate was added. After this was cleared and the manager agreed to remove the item,the slip came back showing that the item was removed,but a gratuite of 10% was added to the bill, and was suddenly part of the policy that more than 6 people at a table pays the mininum gratuity based on the bill. Never was this firstly mentioned when we sat down, and the manager didnt come out herself to inform us of this. The waited pointed to the non-existend policy on the slip. I read in other reviews something similar happened to other clients. Ive never shyd away from giving a tip, but to be forced to pay a certain amount after our bill was supposed to be less,was absurd and disgusting. I say again,the food was nice,but the experience was ****. What was meant to be a farewell lunch or a colleague left a bitter taste. Sorry Roxcis, but you left me no choice,even though this wont make the horrible experience go away.
