Great Service - Intermittent Problem Solved
Had been battling with my 4x4 diesel for about 6 months. Engine cutting out randomly for no apparent reason. Agents charged me R 5 500 to replace fuel line - not necessary, problem unresolved after they had the vehicle for about 3 weeks on and off. Agents referred my to auto electrician in Roodepoort - had the vehicle for 10 weeks!! - Unable to resolve the problem. Auto electrician referred me to diesel expert in Krugersdorp - had vehicle for 3 weeks!! Replaced crank sensor for R 1 000 - Not necessary, unable to resolve the problem. Took it to Rodac Diesel - had it for 1 week, fiddled with relay in fuse box under bonnet. Problem solved. Amazing how Paul and Tyrone went straight to the basics FIRST before incurring unnecessary cost on parts. Fast friendly and the BEST diesel guys around. Well done, a HUGE THANK YOU!!!

Honest, Genuine and unbelievable service
<p>I recently had the high pressure diesel pump on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee give up on me.</p> <p>I was told by Kwikfit in Honeydew to take the vehicle to Rodac for them to have a look at it.</p> <p>On arrival, I was greeted by Paul and Tyrone who stopped what they were doing to come and assist me.</p> <p>They were clearly extremely busy as their workshop was full to the point that I didnot belive they could assist me for at least a few weeks, but they immediately got under the bonet and assesed the problem. They advised me that the pump could be refurbished rather than having to purchase a new pump and they quoted me R6500 for parts and labour. I arranged to have the vehicle towed in to them the following week and they immediately started work on it. The diesel pump is located in such a way that these poor guys literaly had to strip half the motor out to get to it. They completed the work on time, but the car failed to idle or run properly. Paul suspected an electrical fault and after spending hours on a friday evening going through the wiring harness he found the problem and repaired it. When he took the vehicle for a test drive, he found that the vehicle had no power and he identified the cause as being the boost sensor which had become fauly. He replaced the unit and they called me to advise me that the car was ready for collection. After all the work and additional man hours spent on repairing the wiring harness and replacing the boost sensor, I was expecting a substantially higher bill, yet, they honoured their quote of R6500.00. I paid with a smile and can tell you that my vehicle has never felt better than it does since they worked on it. When I collected the vehicle, they had steam cleaned the motor, washed the vehicle and it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients. If I could rate them higher, I would. These guys are so genuine, so Honest and their servcie is so good, I will be recomending them to everyone!</p> <p>Well done. I truly appreciate your help and your kindness. The world needs more people like you!</p>
