Massive thumbs up for Turnberry. Their service and turnaround times are absolutely fantastic. They offer a number of gap Cover options and we opted for their Premier plan several years ago. We had a few Claims and they have always settled the claims in record time. On Monday I submitted a medical aid shortfall claim and received claim settlement statement on Thursday. Should be in my bank account within the next day or two. Truly fantastic to deal with such professionals that offer absolutely breathtaking service. These guys are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and deserve a 10 rating. Well done and keep what you are doing so well.
Absolutely fed-up with Absa. I've been trying to change my postal address as reflected on my monthly statements for THREE YEARS!! They are completely and utterly useless and blatantly ignore every single request to date. I have RICA'd, FICA'd, visited branches, sent emails, scanned proof of residence on the mobile app, changed my address online, you name it and I've done it and hit a freaking brick wall each and every time. What ****es me off even more is that the address on my monthly credit card statement is 100% correct. Each and every month my Cheque and Charges stement arrives showing my old address in Roodepoort. They just cannot fix the most basic stuff properly. I now live 30 kms from the nearest branch so a visit is out of the question. I also refuse to waste money on fuel due to their incompetence. Irony is that I was a member of their staff at one of their subsidiaries.
Ordered 2 scew in and 2 bayonet loadshedding globes which were delivered on 3 June. The scew in globes are much bigger and does not look like product as advertised and does not fit jnto my light fittings. The plastic holding the lens in place for 1 ***** in globe was broken. Reported it on 3 June. Followed up 9 June. Again 10 June. Again 22 June. Asked and gave my banking details on 23 June. Followed up 1 July. Today, 12 July still waiting. Will never buy anything from these guys again.
My decoder showed that it needed an update but it keeps on freezing 6 seconds into the update with "Front-End Lock Fail" message. Took it in to Multichoice in Randburg Counter 35, said they fixed it and that I could download the update. Still not able to fix it. I have a 50 mbps fibre internet line. Everytime I switch the decoder on it tells me that there is an update. I now decline the update, wait until they verify my account details and 10 minutes later I'm ready to go. This is such a pain in the ass. Looks as if I have to take the decoder in AGAIN!!!!! How about Multichoice coming out to fix it AT MY HOME for a change, I can't afford transport. After all it's THEIR flippen update that is not working, not mine and not at my expense!!!
MyDSTV app is utterly useless. Downloaded it 3 weeks ago and still cannot access my account. Had a problem with my decoder and visited DSTV In Randburg. Demonstrated the useless app to them. Still unable to register and log in. Gave very negative review on PlayStore. Plenty negative comments. Their strategy is to totally ignore their customers.
These guys deserve a 5 star rating for outstanding service. On 2 occasions I ordered an item and each one was delivered within 24 hours. 1st item was ordered at 8 in the morning and delivered by 1 in the afternoon on THE SAME DAY!!! 2nd item ordered at about 3 in the afternoon and delivered by 10 the next morning. Absolutely world class service. Well done guys!!

Had been battling with my 4x4 diesel for about 6 months. Engine cutting out randomly for no apparent reason. Agents charged me R 5 500 to replace fuel line - not necessary, problem unresolved after they had the vehicle for about 3 weeks on and off. Agents referred my to auto electrician in Roodepoort - had the vehicle for 10 weeks!! - Unable to resolve the problem. Auto electrician referred me to diesel expert in Krugersdorp - had vehicle for 3 weeks!! Replaced crank sensor for R 1 000 - Not necessary, unable to resolve the problem. Took it to Rodac Diesel - had it for 1 week, fiddled with relay in fuse box under bonnet. Problem solved. Amazing how Paul and Tyrone went straight to the basics FIRST before incurring unnecessary cost on parts. Fast friendly and the BEST diesel guys around. Well done, a HUGE THANK YOU!!!
On 12 January 2016 I requested that Tracker test my transponder. No reply.<br> On 18 January 2016 I called and sent email.<br> Only on 20 January 2016 they responded saying that the unit is not responding and that the unit may be faulty or the vehicle is parked in an area with poor reception.<br> On 20 January 2016 I requested that a technician test the unit.<br> It is exactly 2 weeks later since I asked for the unit to be tested and I am still waiting.<br> THESE GUYS REALLY SUCK..
