Scammers

I applied for assistance with Rokane Group (Cape Town), was offered assistance in a joint agreement with a "Standard bank" employee (Cape Town), had to pay a fee. yes i know most of the time it is a scam to pay upfront but Rokane is a registered company and thought nothing along the lines of them being crooks. I want my money as promised, i need my refund or the amount i was supposed to recieve after signing.
