Fraudsters Not Answering the phone or call back
I called this morning and asked to speak with Anthea and was told that she would call me back within 5 minutes. I called back and they don't answer the call or they drop the line. As this has been going on for more than 8 weeks and have opened up a case of fraud at the police station am also now requesting a refund of R2500 to my bank account

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS
Adrian (from Standard Bank) and Neil (Approval Manager Rokane Group). You have taken more than a month just to refund me my money or paid out the loan that I signed for. Please be advised that I have reported this matter to Standard Bank, The NCR, The Financial Ombudsman and to The Hawks for further investigation. Asking us poor people to pay R1000 as an upfront payment for a loan with Standard Bank. My R1000 has accumulated interest with your company or the investment company you're using. I would like to receive either my loan of R40000 or my R1000 with interest by no later than tomorrow at 3pm

POOR SERVICE AND DELAYED RESPONSES AND NO FUND IN BANK ACCOUNT
I applied for a loan and was referred by Neil, who is the APPROVAL MANAGER to speak to Adrian. Adrian charged me R1000 upfront payment for a loan amount of R40000 over a period of 36-52 months. Since the 2nd of May 2022, I still have not received the funds. Last it was told that the funds would be in my Capitec Bank account by Friday or Saturday morning. Still today I have not received any funds. I have send both Neil and Adrian messages via WhatsApp and they do not respond. I am requesting that the R40000 be paid today before 5pm or 6pm and no later than tomorrow morning at 9am. Documents were signed and initialed as agreed in the beginning of May 2022

Rokane Group SCAMMERS!!
I applied for assistance with Rokane Group (Cape Town), was offered assistance in a joint agreement with a "Standard bank" employee (Cape Town), had to pay a fee. yes i know most of the time it is a scam to pay upfront but Rokane is a registered company and thought nothing along the lines of them being crooks. But thats exactly what they are. Neil, Mark, Adrian, Garth, Natheem...whatever your names are. I hope this comes up before you get to scam another desperate person. I want my money as promised, i need my refund or the amount i was supposed to recieve after signing
