Fraudsters Not Answering the phone or call back

I called this morning and asked to speak with Anthea and was told that she would call me back within 5 minutes. I called back and they don't answer the call or they drop the line.

As this has been going on for more than 8 weeks and have opened up a case of fraud at the police station am also now requesting a refund of R2500 to my bank account
