POOR SERVICE AND DELAYED RESPONSES AND NO FUND IN BANK ACCOUNT

I applied for a loan and was referred by Neil, who is the APPROVAL MANAGER to speak to Adrian. Adrian charged me R1000 upfront payment for a loan amount of R40000 over a period of 36-52 months. Since the 2nd of May 2022, I still have not received the funds. Last it was told that the funds would be in my Capitec Bank account by Friday or Saturday morning. Still today I have not received any funds. I have send both Neil and Adrian messages via WhatsApp and they do not respond.

I am requesting that the R40000 be paid today before 5pm or 6pm and no later than tomorrow morning at 9am.

Documents were signed and initialed as agreed in the beginning of May 2022
