Very very , extremely bad experience with the service department. My new polo went in on 24 Nov 2025 for missfire and a faulty battery, after 2 weeks i got the car back, nothing was fixed except for cleaning "corroded" wires. Got the car back, and the problem is still there. We bought a new car but cannot use it as the problem is back. Unreliable, service.
