Disgusting service! ****** garage motor from this company!!

I called to get service for my garage motor, they have taken my garage motor for repair initially, upon return they installed another unit altogether, not my own, 4 months later that one stops working, they then come in to take it again and have not yet installed it, ita been a month! Now the person no longer works there and tells me to call the office, the office tells me she just started and is new and doesn't come back to me !! I am extremely angry and this is theft of property at this point!!
