Mario Navarra, RomaCasa Furnishers disappoints.
I was overseas when my handyman accepted a quote from Mario Navarra to replace all the cupboards in a kitchen due to water damage. Six months after the cupboards were installed the wood on the doors under the sink started lifting. The reason being that in every kitchen I've been into the doors of cupboards are recessed so that the counter top has an overhang thereby protecting the doors. Mario made the doors flush with the counter top which dips slightly allowing water to drip when dishes get washed. The cupboard door actually juts out at this corner allowing water to settle on the door. Now he keeps making excuses as to why he has not given me a quote to repair the damage. Naturally I feel that any carpenter who knows his trade wouldn't have made that mistake. Therefore their advertising is also very misleading. The quote itself was a lie as Mario did not replace 4 of the cupboards. Be careful folks. This is shoddy workmanship.
