Terrible service

Terrible service. We came to order 2 large pizzas (the special), and we told the cashier to please keep the order ready. I gave her my details. After 30 min we came to collect, and she says she didn't think I will return. Didn't hear of that before. If you had a bad experience before with other customers. Doesn't mean all customers are the same.
