This call centre is completely unreliable
This call centre is completely unreliable. They never get the order correct, no matter how many times you repeat it. I have had to call back on several occasions just to fix their mistakes, which wastes my time and leaves me extremely frustrated.

This morning, 21/01/2025, the principal of Bilaal Combined School told us to take our kids and go. Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed in the way Bilaal Combined School handled the closure. As an Islamic and academic institution, I expected more professionalism and transparency. The lack of warning or communication to parents is unacceptable.

Terrible service
Terrible service. We came to order 2 large pizzas (the special), and we told the cashier to please keep the order ready. I gave her my details. After 30 min we came to collect, and she says she didn't think I will return. Didn't hear of that before. If you had a bad experience before with other customers. Doesn't mean all customers are the same.

I have tried numerous times to contact them by phoning them, also via fb messenger. The consultant always says they will get back to me with regards to the Discovery app. No one gets back to you. Weeks go by, months go by, and they are still contacting you.
