Poor Service at Roman’s Pizza Richards Bay Town Square

Very disappointing service at Roman’s Pizza Richards Bay Town Square. An employee named Nomusa Dlamuka ignored me while I was waiting and, when she finally assisted, she was loud and dismissive. She would not let me show her the menu item I wanted and could not explain the special I asked about.

The interaction felt unprofessional and customer service at this branch needs improvement.
