Good clean experiance!

Just a clean good solid experiance buying for my first time from Romtech. I have been buying online for years now and mostly PC stuff and this being my first experiance with a new online webstore has been excellent so far! So I by mistake allocated the incorrect item to be put in my cart and made payment realizing this afterwards. So before it shipped I got hold of the sales department telephonically and they gave me instructions for emailing my query. Long story short I had a full refund back into my account before the end of the day! Now where do you get service like that nowadays? Well done Romtech & staff, keep up the high quality of service...
