I approached Ronald when I was about to set up as self employed. From the outset I received sound and useful advice. For the past 5 years Ronald have prepared my accounts. Their support has been both swift and professional.

We have been using Ronalds financial services for almost 2 years. Without warning he upt his tariffs, with about 70%. I handed him a notice stated that I just could not afford his services any more, and had to proceed to a new company. I paid over the last amount he wanted (R5000), and he had to hand over my documents to the new bookkeeper. He refused to do that, stated that he only did the VAT which in all honesty I did myself. In result I have to pay my new bookkeeper R20 000 to catch up on Ronalds work which he just didn't bother to do. We did some investigating just to find that he is trading under a few different companies. So disappointed that I handed over my trust, business and finances to someone who was really in it for him self.
