One star is even too much for this company!! They are not able to help with accounts and deleting old accounts from your profile. Billing you for the old company as well that should be deleted. No one able to help!! Phoning them no help!
Have ordered and paid for goods in September 2021 it is now May 2022 and still we have not received our order. Every time we request answers there is an excuse and a promise that it will be sent. Just to follow up again and more excuses why it is not sent.
We had a great stay at the Trout lane. Best family time ever. The unit was clean and cozy.

Very Bad service!! We overpaid and requested that our credit be held for when we needed accommodation again. That was no problem. Unfortunately they never have rooms available! The next moment they decided to cancel our credit without letting us know! When asked why they just say they are doing us a favour keeping credit and they do not do refunds!!
Biggest scam ever!! We placed an order and made payment. Never received the goods.

We bought two machine in the past, the one is in Bloemfontein and the other one is in Krugersdorp. Firstly the last machine was promised in November if we pay the full amount the same day, which we did around July. When the time arrived for the delivery we’ve been promised that the machine delivery is a week late, after almost three weeks later and numerous phone calls to anybody that answer a phone at Perfect laser Deon confirmed that the machine haven’t even left China. Beginning December we settle on a loan machine until the new machine arrived and we could complete the work for December, the new machine arrive late January and was installed and brought to our office, After numerous attempts from Larry,Handsome and SK we could not get it to cut properly, not on Rowmark and not on Wood. We’ve lost a couple of orders due to not being able to delivery to the customer, (Almost R100k of business and also lost the customer for good). After numerous attempts we took the new machine back to perfect laser and exchanged it for the loan machine which was OK for about 2 months, then the pump on the air stopped working by cutting Wood it burned the lense, we purchased a new lens from Perfect laser about a month ago and from there on forward we cannot cut stainless steel anymore.. Our technicians also tried to align the machine to be able to use the full bed, but this seems to be impossible, right back corner and left front corner there is almost a 5mm difference in height. (Surely with the initial setup this should have been done properly?) Yesterday we tried to cut stainless steel again, and at no surprise the machine is doing it’s own thing. Machine is still under guarantee, so now we get a bill for R1400 for a technician to get to site.
Requested a refund as the vehicle was returned in February. 3 Months later and no refund received!!
