Extremely Bad
Dirty place, not as photos shown on Internet, whole place in extremely bad shape - house, garden, entrance to premises. Linen don't fit bed properly. No welcome coffee/tea facilities. No dish cloths - so much for self-catering! I complained and was offered a free breakfast wasn't prepared to take it - if the premises and all around looks so bad, how bad is the kitchen where meals are prepared? Totally overpriced for what you get.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
Very Bad service!! We overpaid and requested that our credit be held for when we needed accommodation again. That was no problem. Unfortunately they never have rooms available! The next moment they decided to cancel our credit without letting us know! When asked why they just say they are doing us a favour keeping credit and they do not do refunds!!
