Poor service ,

Bedding does not get changed, then when you lodge a complaint they take it out on ur loved one. Made them get out of bed 4h30 sayi g why did u complain.... Night staff sister in charge old unhelpful colored women,cabt greet,makes no eye contact, why work if u have no compassion,then retire and let young people work nights if u want to be unhelpful and miserable. So had knee op and was discharged next day without brace why could they not keep him till Monday why throw him out of hospital and to top it off no Tto just a script... No orthopedic wheel chair no help from.nueisng staff who are trained to deal with knee . You don't deserve people money . Dirty wards ,no nurses in sight, terrible service all round . Let's hope ur love done never have to experience this bad service of a state facility but paying medical aid
