Ron's Hire are Charlatans Made a booking for a steel frame tent and paid in full, within 48 hours, a full month before the event. Three days before the event, Peter calls me and advises that he can no longer provide me with the tent of the correct size but can give me one 27 square metres smaller. I told him that this was not acceptable and I would find another service provider, which I did within 15 minutes at a 25% saving. Now Peter and Lezel are not responding to my requests for my refund and no longer take my calls or respond to emails. STAY AWAY from this company.
