Absolutely useless. Ostensibly recover for SARS but cannot read a simple proof of payment and allocate the same - *********** staff who have NO clue about anything at all.
I would give ZERO stars - useless I called after seeing a beverage cooler online and requested a formal quotation and availability. Received the quote after my third attempt and placed the order and paid in full within 30 min. Sent proof of payment and asked about delivery eta. NO response, I then called and was assured by Thandi that the fridge was in stock and delivery would be 2-3 days. An hour later someone else called saying that they don’t have stock and perhaps I want something else. Absolutely preposterous. I requested an immediate refund - still waiting I just checked their website and the same fridge is still advertised, however R6000 more. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure these charlatans out. Avoid them like the plague
Absolutely useless I have sent over 100 emails, made more than 50 calls and even visited their offices in person to ask them to remove my number from their system They keep sending me a demand for a Mr Ntsane for a TV licence which is obviously a wrong number. If they cannot resolve a simply error like this, then how could they be trusted to effectively resolve complex debt collection. Avoid this company if you need debt collection
I have asked more than 10 times to remove my number from their system as I am not the person that they are trying to reach - TO NO AVAIL. Probably the worst debt collectors if they cannot understand that they have the wrong number- don’t they have Truecaller??
Makro online is possibly the WORST online shopping platform. In the past month, I have placed 3(three) online orders and each one has had part of the order cancelled. What is the point of advertising products online if they cannot provide. The products were not out of the ordinary- stay soft, floor oscillating fans and five roses macha and chai latte. Great business model. Collect cash, earn interest and refund 3 weeks later. This is beyond ridiculous
NEVER use Makro online. I placed an order online and it stated that stock was available. On the collection day I receive an email stating that they have reduced my order because there is no stock and I will be refunded the difference. More than a month later and no fewer than 30 emails and the refund has still not materialized. If I were to leave a Makro store with a product of the same value, I would be prosecuted, however they can ***** from customers with impunity. I will NEVER recommend Makro to anyone.
I have not been able to use my business Internet banking for more than a week, and no-one, not even our business banker seems able or willing to assist. 3 visits to the Newmarket branch 7 calls to the business banker - 1 Reply 2 Text messages - Just to be told that he is in training and will respond (No time-frame given) Requested an email address to submit my issues in writing - STILL WAITING I have been a loyal customer of Standard bank for almost 40 years and now they tarnish a reputation (because service providers cannot be paid) due to incompetence. This is nothing short of ridiculous
I did an upgrade early 2022 Because Mtn changed their debtors system I was given a new account number without being informed I subsequently paid R4000 using the old account reference and have been struggling for more than 6 months to get this to be transferred to my new account. I have been to Mtn 5 times and received a reference number but the ticket is closed within a week with no communication. This is the most useless organisation bar none I am sure that government departments provide better service than MTN South Africa
The rep ZIYAAD came through and measured up and gave us an unbelievable square metre measurement. When questioned, he stated that a final measurement would be taken at the end of the project and refund issued - TOTAL RUBBISH. He overcharged us more than R400000-00 I will never use these thieves again
Absolutely useless. I Have tried for 2 months to get a reservation. I keep getting told that they will call back with availability, however this is NEVER the case. Never buy timeshare on the promise that you can do exchanges through RCI. This is the biggest waste of money. Their service has become non-existent.
